Please read these Terms of Use (the "Terms") carefully.
This agreement ("Website Terms of Use") is a legally binding agreement between Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd ("Company", "us", "our", "we"), the owner and operator of www.oocyt.org (the "Site"), and you ("you" or "User"), a user of the Site, that governs your access to and use of the Site.
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE.
Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1. Access to the Site
1.1 Licence
Subject to these Terms, Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Site solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.
1.2 Restrictions.
You shall not: (a) commercially exploit the Site or any of its content; (b) modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Site; (c) use the Site to build a competing service; or (d) copy or reproduce any portion of the Site without prior written consent.
1.3 Modification.
Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice and without liability to you.
1.4 No Support Obligation.
Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd has no obligation to provide support or maintenance in connection with the Site.
1.5 Ownership.
All intellectual property rights in the Site and its content are owned by Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you except the limited access rights expressly set out in section 1.1.
2. User Accounts
2.1 Account Creation.
To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate and truthful information. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
2.2 Account Responsibilities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd immediately of any unauthorised use.
2.3 Account Security.
While Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd takes reasonable steps to protect your information, no system is completely secure. You provide your personal information at your own risk.
3. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Site is subject to Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
4. User Generated Content
4.1 Responsibility.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the Site. Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd is not obligated to back up user-generated content, and such content may be deleted at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Licence Grant.
By submitting content to the Site, you grant Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, and distribute that content solely in connection with the Site.
4.3 Acceptable Use.
You agree not to submit content that: (a) infringes any third-party intellectual property rights; (b) is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory; (c) is harmful to minors; (d) contains viruses or malware; or (e) constitutes unsolicited advertising or spam.
4.4 Medical Content.
Given the sensitive nature of Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd's services, users must not submit content that constitutes medical advice. All medical discussions must be directed to a licensed healthcare provider.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd (and its officers, employees, and agents) harmless from any claim or demand arising out of (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of applicable laws, or (d) your user-generated content.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including partner fertility clinics and service providers. Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd is not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Links are provided for convenience only. You use them at your own risk.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. OOCYT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. OOCYT PROVIDES FERTILITY EDUCATION AND COORDINATION SERVICES ONLY — NOT MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. ENGAGING WITH OOCYT DOES NOT CREATE A CLINICIAN-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OOCYT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE.
9. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Termination may involve deletion of your account and associated content.
10. General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd regarding use of the Site.
Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd may notify you of changes to these Terms by email or via the Site. Continued use following such notification constitutes acceptance.
