Refund & Cancellation Policy
Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd is a fertility concierge and coordination service. All fees paid to Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd are for our coordination, planning, and advisory services — not for medical treatment. Medical treatment costs are paid directly to the treating clinic and are subject to the clinic's own policies.
Consultation Fees
Initial consultation calls with Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd are offered free of charge. Any fees charged for extended consultations or written advisory reports will be communicated clearly in advance.
Concierge Service Fees
Refund requests for concierge service fees must be submitted within 14 days of the date of payment.
Requests submitted after 14 days will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by the Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd team.
Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd does not issue refunds for services already fully rendered (e.g., completed clinic matching, completed travel coordination).
Where services have been partially rendered, a pro-rated refund may be offered at Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd's discretion.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to contact@oocyt.org, including your name, service description, and reason for cancellation.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval, using the original method of payment.
Third-Party Costs
Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd facilitates travel and clinic bookings on your behalf. Cancellation and refund terms for flights, accommodation, visa services, and clinic appointments are governed entirely by the respective third-party providers. Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd will assist you in understanding these terms but cannot guarantee refunds from third parties.
Force Majeure
Oocyt Fertility Frontiers Ltd will work compassionately with clients whose fertility journeys are disrupted by circumstances beyond their control (e.g., medical emergencies, travel restrictions). Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
