Health-Related Information: general fertility background and treatment goals you share with us to enable our clinic matching and coordination services. This is treated with the highest level of sensitivity and handled in strict confidence.
Usage Data: anonymised, non-identifying information about how you interact with our website, used to improve our Services.
Technical and Device Information: IP address, device type, browser, and access timestamps, collected for security and service improvement purposes.
Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting contact@oocyt.org. We will confirm the request within 5 business days, after which your account will be marked for permanent deletion within 30 days. During this period, you may request reactivation. After 30 days, the account is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for 12 months will be automatically deleted. You will receive an email notification 30 days before deletion.
